The Mastercard Click To Pay (SRC) solution is now supported. Changes impact both the UI and API.
High-level scope:
Mastercard SRC – Integration with Mastercard Unified Checkout API
Impacted Functionality: Charge, Subscription, standalone 3DS, standalone fraud, inbuild 3DS and inbuild fraud, Client SDK, Vault, New Relic, gateways.
Implemented the ability to configure delimiters, file type and quote settings for new reports. This enables merchants to configure their reports without involving the Paydock Support Team.
Impacted Functionality: Reporting
Wiped cardholder related data in the charges for those merchants who no longer process transactions with Paydock to ensure we are compliant with PCI and GDPR standards.
Impacted Functionality: Charges
Upgraded from MPGS version 57 to 75, ensuring that Paydock meets compliance. You can also retry the capture operation for the MPGS charge during the following statuses: ‘failed’, ‘pending’ or ‘cancelled’. This covers cases when the initial capture was unsuccessful.
Impacted Functionality: Capture for MPGS charges
Introduced functionality that cancels specific authorization transactions with statuses such as “failed” and “pending”. A new API endpoint has been added to facilitate this:
DELETE /v1/charges/:id/transactions/:transaction_id/capture
.
This feature aims to provide merchants with more control over their transaction management.
Impacted Functionality: API, UI
The Vault Token Reference configuration feature is designed with dual functionality to enhance operational flexibility and efficiency. The ‘Enable Embed’ option permits the manual inclusion of references during vault token creation, while the ‘Auto Generate’ feature creates references automatically according to a predetermined format. After configuration, these references can be utilized in the same manner as the vault token ID, providing a seamless integration into existing systems and workflows. This allows for the consistent application of unique identifiers, simplifying the tracking and management of transactions or records associated with each token.
Configuration Overview
Features
*Note: The Auto Generate function works for cards only.
Impacted Functionality: All flows with a vault token (vault token create, charge create, subscription create, customer create)
A new type of key has been introduced in the system: the SSH key. This can now be retrieved from the Dashboard application and is available for selection. After providing the required configuration data and selecting the relevant key from the available list, all this configuration data can be used for the verification of connection with the SFTP server and later can be used by the report transferring feature.
Impacted Functionality: External SFTP key management
Upgraded the system to MongoDB version 5.0. This upgrade brings a host of benefits including enhanced performance, cutting-edge features, bolstered security, and superior scalability. This is a deployment designed to have no impact on clients, and so no action needs to be taken by Paydock clients.
Impacted Functionality: All Platform
