Allison brings with her a remarkable background in Operations and is set to lead us into a new era of innovation and operational excellence. We are delighted to have Allison join the Paydock team, where she will play an integral role in driving our company’s growth and success.Â
As Chief Operating Officer at Paydock, Allison is responsible for the global operations of the company. With more than 20 years of experience articulating strategy and driving performance, she is passionate about delivering services and solutions that will change payments for good.
Allison has spent the last 20 years helping Fortune 100 and government organisations put their strategies to work and adapt to changing environments. Before joining Paydock, Allison was Vice President of Strategy and Operations at UnitedHealth Group, a multinational managed healthcare and insurance company. At UHG she elevated and delivered an end-to-end customer experience agenda and deepened the performance culture.
Allison has previously held senior roles within the Australian Government and served in various leadership positions within management consulting, working across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Australasia. She has a Master of International Studies from the University of Sydney, A Masters of Dispute Resolution from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Technology Sydney.
